Pre tenancy

• Referencing fee - £70 per person
• Check in fee - Price is based on the size of the property, please see below:

1 Bedroom - £113.20

2 Bedroom - £137.20

3 Bedroom - £156.40

4 Bedroom - £178.00

5 Bedroom - £199.60

• Deposit - Typically 6 weeks’ rent (per property)
• Guarantor required? Thinq Homes allows the first one to be referenced for £75; each additional guarantor carries a fee of £60.00.*

During your tenancy

• Change of occupancy - £150.00 per person
• Renewal document fee - £150.00 per property

Post tenancy

• Reference request fee - £30.00 per person

Throughout the tenancy and at the end of the tenancy there are other costs that must be covered on top of the rent. These might include:

• Utilities (gas, electricity, water and telephone)
• Council Tax
• Television licence
• Installation of cable/satellite
• Insurance (for your personal and own contents)
• Garden maintenance
• Professional cleaning of the property
• Dilapidations
