Depending on the landlord, fridge freezers are common in most of the properties to rent. Sometimes you can find a property with dishwasher, this is most common apartments which have integrated appliances. Thinq Homes and its landlords do not offer nor supply washing machines. If you come across a property with a washing machine, its most likely going to be removed unless tenants would like it in the property and takes full responsibility.

When signing tenancy agreement or before you will receive documents stating with whom your deposit is held. Deposits are usually returned within two weeks of you moving out, but this can be significantly longer or shorter depending on whether there is a dispute or not.
Majority of our landlords do not accepts pets, however a small number of landlords will.
This needs to be put forward to the landlord before viewings as this could save you a lot of time, if tenant and landlord agree with pets, Thinq Homes will require this in writing from both parties.
Your consultant will guide you through the process. This will involve fully understanding your requirements and position so we can clearly forward this to the landlord. If an offer is agreed an application fee will need to be paid at this point to secure the property.
Most properties do not have bills included in the rent, but properties that do will usually have this stated in the marketing description and tenancy agreement. If you are unsure, ask your dedicated consultant.
Thinq Homes collect rent by direct debit and it needs to be paid one from account, on the rent day.
Depending on the local authority, you may be able to get a space; however, you should always check with your consultant and never assume you can apply.
All tenants moving in to the property need to be fully referenced.
If the landlord changes his mind you will receive a full refund of monies paid.
